The Office Staff contacted me to arrange a time that was suitable for the replacement of our leaking shower arm and taps, and replace 10 other washers. The courtesy call from Troy saying that he was 15 minutes away was very appreciated. When he arrived, he explained a few options we had. Troy's a great asset to the business. He's full of energy, listens to you, gives great advice and nothings to hard to do. Jamie did the work for us and the job was done very professionally.
